help on my 540's

i keep landing really far forward on them (back if your going strait). i keep landing on 1 foot (but i can fix that my self) but when i hit going forward on one foot on the landing if i come down hard, i always pop out of my binding... and fall on my face :(. how can i get forward?

it seems like your trying to spot your landing through your legs or some shit, dont look down just spin, keep balanced then land with both feet.

naw man, that happens to me a lot too, its when you are scared in the air you tend to lean forward for some reason... be comfortable and when you spin that last 180 look up at the jump you just went off and stomp that shit.

keep on practising and own that biatch...

^im not scared in the air, i did them fine last year, but i do stare strait down at the landing, il try just looking up the hill next weekend, but thanks for your help

dude I had the same problem at first, when you hit the lip, have your shoulders more forward and you'll be perfect

i do that sometimes too, especially if the jump is farely steep and i kinda huck it so if u pcture it in ur head u jump and ur leaning back at an angle already when u get around to a 5 ur leaning into the ground

when u jump try getting more speed/air and make sure u jump more so that u can get ur body adjusted to the jump and the landing angle that helped me

get used to the jump, do like 360s and such, but make sure you pop well, otherwise you can start to be leaning too far one direction, and that goes true with any spin

i you can't land a five, then why is your name 180 ski??? haha just playin. to do a five, get real comfortable with3's. Turn it in to a five by starting the spin a little harded, and when you come around to a 3, just keep your head going and your body will follow.

k man its always helped me when you are with your freinds it gets harder cause there all watching you and just go by your self find a jump and the presure wont be on you and just do it the hole day it helped me land my 5s clean

do you have marker bindings? mine did that at least 50 times last year everytime i did a five. i got new bindings and have no problems. marker should change their slogan to expierence ultimate frustration!

yeah, just keep looking over your shoulder the whole way.  that should make it 
easier to keep your body perpendicular to the landing
