VinnieFin Ottawa we got 49 cm (almost 20 inches) of snow yesterday. Great light snow too. Set a record for largest snowfall in a day for Ottawa in recorded history. Night skiing last night was fantastic.
DeforestationI'm at Jay rn. Rained almost all day yesterday, tons of wind. Branches all over the place and most of the snow melted. Today it's below freezing, so all the rain turned into ice. There's a lot of people because it's vacation, but conditions suck. If it snows 8 inches, it'll be great. If it doesn't, it'll be terrible.
Connor_SullivanI'm heading up tomorrow, skiing all weekend. If you're around then HMU, misery is better with company
SkiBum.Might as well just give up this year. I did a while ago...

VinnieFLe Massif got about 10 cm then a ton of rain. I imagine St Anne and Stoneham would be similar. If you have a choice then furthest I'd go from Ottawa is Tremblant. We really did luck out on this storm and got far more than anywhere else.
reeskiGot a big Trip planned to Jay Thursday through weekend. Hopefully some pow comes!
TOAST.Hope the rainfall from 2 years ago doesnt affect your trip.
