Replying to Deciphering Guys

I am a freshman in a boarding HS and I am kinda confused about this guy I met on our ski trip. It was a four day trip and we ditched everybody else so we could hang out alone. Everyone thought that we were dating so we decided to say we were just really good friends.

When we got back to school he started being a douche bag and always teases me whether over text or in person. I am not sure if he actually likes me or not.
