Good or bad idea?

I'm 16 and I have a job so it's not lien I need to pay rent or anything and I have some cash laying around from my job.I found a pair of kids afterbangs like 2013s or something for 100$ and I'm thinking of getting them and using my old bindings on them as like ski blades. I was using my friends little brothers like 140 somethin future spins and I was 3 swaping on flat rails 8s out etc. Seem like a stupid investment or nah?

$100 for a pair of skis is great. Although, you may want to invest in a better pair of skis if your doing that stuff.

They will be your beater skis. Cheap and they work great.

Take a plank off the side of your house. Cut to desired length. Mount binding. Repeat. I actually tried this with old siding but not with ski boots I just glued some old sneakers on. I suggest not gluing sneakers on the glue doesn't hold and you eat shit.
