Need help getting Snow on Mac w/ Wine App!

So Snow the game only works on PC right now and it doesn't look like thats gonna change until at least this summer so I wanted to get some advice on using an application like Wine and Wine bottler to get snow to work on Macs. There's a bunch of Youtube videos about playing PC Steam games on a Mac but none of them talk about Snow and all have pretty mixed reviews. I know you need the Wine app, and I think some sort of an adapted Steam app, and then you download Snow, but I'm not really 100% sure. If you know anything that has worked for you, speak up!
