for my accounting i have to charge both taxes, my prices are competitive and the tax refunds from the gov takes too much time to get and my volume is too low. you won't pay taxes when you get them in ontario or bc or whatever. us customers sometimes get duties and fees added but its very sparse and random...customs eh ?
