BenWhitYou will case a jump and shoot rhea out your ass.
BenWhitDo not eat any of those prior to skiing. You will case a jump and shoot rhea out your ass.
My day of eating typically goes like this on ski days.
6:00 AM: Wake up, glass of OJ/Cranberry/Apply juice. Bowl of cereal (CT Crunch) with Whole Milk. Maybe an iced coffee.
7:30 AM: In the lift line, eat an apple & a bar of some kind. KIND, Larabar, QwestBar, etc.
9:30 AM: Stop in the summit lodge and grab a small hot coffee, drink some water, maybe grab a coffee cake if I'm feeling frisky.
12:00 PM: Make a nice sandwich for lunch. Ham, lettuce, tomato, cheese, etc. on wheat. Perhaps some chips and more fruit. Water.
3:00 PM. Beers at the base lodge bar.
This is a cheat day for me. Drastically different from a normal day of eating. But, it keeps me moving all day.
