All of these edits were fucking insane. So stoked X-Games finally shines some light on non-competetion skiers, everyone killed it in the streets
Ahmet takes it for me, but Will's switch shifty disaster underslide made me squirt the hardest. What do you guys think?

Ok so I have only watched Will Wessons video so far but holy shit I can tell these are all going to be banger, Wesson just made me have to go change my pants.
But seriously, I don't even know how you'd go about judging this. They're all SO different. You might as well be judging a big mountain line vs a slopestlye run. You've got Tom doing some of the most technical rail tricks on massive urban rails, you've got Will jumping though trees on and off rails, you've got Cam and Clayton going fast as fuck into MASSIVE features, you've got JF doing tricks that shouldn't be done on park rails on the street, and you've got Amhet doing flips and shit. I don't even know how they picked a winner between those 6. If I was forced to guess, it's Tom, Will, Clayton - but it could literally be anyone. Those were the 6 most impressive 90 sec urban segments I've ever seen.

Agreed, I'm glad I'm not the one to judge a single winner. Seeing how different they are, it really comes down to what style you appreaciate the most. Whereas I've always loved Tom, as fucked Cam and Clayton's charging is, and as much as most of what Will grind shouldn't be possible to grind, I guess I just felt more for Ahmet's.

In my opinion Clayton takes it. He had probably the gnarliest urban part i've ever seen. But honestly everyone absolutely killed it, and i think these are the 6 most technical/gnarly parts ever made.
We'll be watching these on replay over the next few days, that's for sure. After the first playthrough, we are just happy we weren't involved in the judging process... must have been nearly impossible to come to a decision.
With that being said, we definitely loved Ahmet's creativity!

Yes, for xgames stuff they have to use music provided to them by espn.
So, as many has pointed out before me; It is incredibly hard to pick one.

Agreed. I've only gone through them once so far, but these stood out to me the most.
That said, they're all ridiculous and I can't believe how high consequence this stuff is. People are actually going to die filming if this continues...
Honestly, I thought people were hyping it up when they were like "these edits are groundbreaking, just wait" but DAMN i was wrong. Like holy shit, these edits are going to be legendary. In 15 years, these edits will still blow minds. Doesn't seem fair to be giving out first, second, third... they all destroyed it
Have to say I totally disagree, Will has to win by virtue of doing stuff no other skier would even daydream of. That said, every single one was insane and it's going to come down to the judge's skiing preferences.

This "contest" is a perfect showcase of street skiing at its finest. I think rather than focusing on who's is better, we should recognize and appreciate how street skiing is being showcased on the X games level and be thankful that these 6 skiers are able to have the exposure for themselves and in a sense every street skier. All 6 skiers showcase their own expression of street skiing beautifully. It is impossible from my perspective to rank them. That will be for the judges ;)

Somewhere in JF's and Will's edits in a gold medal. Both had shit that is next level, ahead of the game stuff. Right combo of gnarly set ups, creativity, and tech tricks.
Pretty sure it's useless to pick one winner though. Judging art is lame, and those edits were as beautiful as art gets.
Every single shot was amazing in all of these. Wallisch surprised me with his creativity, Will blew me away with his continued creativity, all others had amazing segments too. Good luck judges.
