Faction Skis?

A a pair of new skis is long overdue for me and after watching so many faction collective edits and seeing forum talk about the 1.0 and the 2.0 being awesome I've grown interested in the 1.0s. So the point of this thread is to ask for some feedback on this ski. Would probably purchase the 15/16 version (the red pair). So let me know how buttery and playful the really are the durability stuff like that would really like to know!

I heard that they are not good at all but that was also a while ago!!!!!!!

I'm curious about this too. From what I've read, it seems there were issues with the balsa core ones. The current ones no longer use balsa so I think they might have resolved that issue.

I know you're asking about the 1.0's, but I have the 2.0(basically same besides underfoot), and I love them. I used them for everything. I have around 30 days of 80% all mountain 20% park, I have had one core shot(early season) that was professionally repaired and has held up fine. The top sheet damage is normal for the amount of days, I have no delam problems. They ride stiff, but are able to handle bumps, trees, and steep runs, they feel really stable jumping at the mounting positing I have them. So far I can't complain about my skis, and the company is great. Specs. 178, mounted at freestyle with fks 140.
