Replying to Rossignol is the best company ever.

I bought rossignol fks 140s last year for a pair of skis I bought not knowing what to expect. I can now confidently say they are my favorite bindings on the market for a few reasons, performance, durability, reliability, and lastly customer service. They are the most reliable binding on the market or are claimed to be, but after using them I can vouch for this and say it is true. The main reason I'm writing this is because of their customer service. The first pair of fks 140s I bought had a decent amount of wear and tear on the heels 1. The breaks some how got bent far apart during a fall and then continued to break more every fall I took so I would continuely have to bend them back 2. They were beginning to get cracks on the heels from lightly kicking them out I believe which I would not reccomend doing, just use your pole. So I called the company up and they said to send them in and they would fix hey no problem and after a few weeks I received a pair of brand new heel pieces and I was in awe. This really shows they care about their customers and if you are thinking about buying them, if they ever break within warranty know that you are fully insured and that they will do a great job repairing them or even replacing them which I have had both done. This service is not to be abused but it's a good thing to know that your money is money well spend in their products. They are the only binding I will ever ride.
