Up/Down kinks? It's all in your head. You're not committed, and you're getting scared, so you're leaning off. Make sure you stay centered and keep proper stance, anticipate the kink, and mentally force yourself to be committed.
the only thing is COMMIT, just before last week i never hit more than a DFD or an FDF, there was this 5 kink urban down rail and all i gotta say is come in 100% confident flo and feel the kinks with your legs as you roll through em
I'm not great at kinks but what always helped me was thinking of it like dropping in a quarter pipe on a skateboard. Keep centered and role with the curve or angle
A lot of it can be you are hopping too far over the rail. It's really easy to do, just try and come off the same side you started on. It can help a lot
Biggest thing for me is to make sure that I have my knees bent going in and you have to kind of pump with the curve, also like everyone else is saying you have to be SURE to commit
bend your knees, keep your eyes on the end of the rail. One thing you can do too is try to pop a very little at the kink. That will help you re-align on the next rail segment.
