Replying to Calf Issue in Boots

I have a pair of Full Tilt Drop Kicks. They have been great for two seasons now. I recently got new intution pro wrap liners for them. Since, i have had a soreness in the back of my calf, just above my Achilles. Its not a sharp pain, just a slight pressure. Cant figure out why. I also ground down the point where the middle buckle screw is placed. Helped a little but didnt get rid of the pressure. I have custom footbeds and a booster strap. Never had this until i changed the liners. Any thoughts. Any help is greatly appreciated.
