Thoughts on weather hindering X Games performances?

So obviously this year at Aspen the heavy snowfall and harsh conditions were preventing almost every skier from throwing down as hard as we have seen in the past. Nobody was throwing triples with the exception of the beginning of Big Air when Bobby and Fabian threw a few, and especially in Slopestyle where almost everyone was throwing runs like it was 2013. Everyone was only throwing dub 10s and 12s (besides Jossi obviously) and nobody's rail game honestly stood out that much.
The point I'm getting at is that do you think the judges weigh their judging more so on other aspects than just difficulty of tricks when the conditions get worse? Do you think that these events should get rescheduled?
I feel what it came down too was who had the biggest balls and was willing to risk injury by simply hucking harder tricks, and is that how it should be? because everyone that competed I have literally seen in edits or in the past throw more difficult tricks.

What are you talking about? I only saw people playing halo, and there certainly weren't any weather problems there.

I have to agree on the above. No one who is passionate about the sport wants to see anyone get injured. But how do you stop the guys and girls throwing like that if they think it is going to win them a medal.
I guess it needs to come from above and the judges to say lets be sensible, and be safe. But the element of danger and drama makes for good TV

I'm just waiting for the year when they no longer do X games. 13 year olds will find a new fad and ESPN will bounce. Navy add dollars to fund bullets can go elsewhere.
All times are Eastern (-5)
