as youre taking off the jump think about dipping that shoulder while also taking your eyes and looking to where the tails of your skis were just before leaving the jump. itll give your body that natural off axis rotation. and stomp!
Actually just learned them on snow two weeks ago and I can't regular 7. Make sure you are super comfortable on the tramp with them first. When you bring it to snow you need to remember slight shin pressure and to get a decent pop. You should bring it to a 20-30 ft jump first. My first attempt was on a 10 footer and I didn't even get close. Plus, remember to initiate the spin just like on the tramp but make sure you have started to throw a little before you pop. It feels like it does on the tramp in the air, but slower. It's also pretty easy to spot your landing and stomp it. Hope this helped.
just know your first attempt or 2 might be really spinny underflip 7s. My friend describes it as putting on a seatbelt (taking your left/right hand and throw it towards your hip). good luck man
