C.SmithYeah I think I'm going to get one this spring because there's no point in getting one now
.CJ.Sometimes I jump on my bed
Rosa_Parkyou might fall down and bump your head
SounderOr better then a home trampoline, a full tramp park... Public pools or lakes/deep, calm rivers with a decent place to dive from work pretty good.
C.SmithAlright so I was just wondering all the different ways the people of NS practice doing inverts at home so they're ready when it's time to bring it to the slopes
C.SmithYeah there's a nice cliff to jump off like 20 minutes from my house but I'm a bit sketched to throw anything off it
SounderHike down to where the river/lake/ whatever is below the cliff and see how deep it is. If it's deep enough then try just jumping in straight and go from there. A helmet might also not be a bad idea if head/cliff clearance is tight.
C.SmithIt's a pretty well known spot where I live and I've jumped off it before. I'm just sketched out on doing anything but jumping straight
SammyDubzPersonally, I like to throw gainers out of my second story windows.
Trouble is, I break your legs everytime I do it, so I only get invert practice every 8 weeks more or less.
maxdevisserCurrently working up the balls to do a double.
maxdevisserMe and my friends bury an exercise ball in the sand; the thing fucking launches you. Currently working up the balls to do a double.
SammyDubzDo you land in the sand or on a mat or something?
