Full Tilt Boot Probs

So I have some fill tilt booters and I absolutely love them, they work extremely well however I seem to get bruising where the boot is in contact with the back of my legs to the point where I can barely even ski anymore... Does anyone have any suggestions on how to possibly prevent this?

mostly just get out of the backseat. even in boots that are huge on you, you wont get bang in the back if you stay forward

As others have said, you're either riding/landing backseat or they're too big. Try wearing two pairs of socks and making sure the buckles are real tight, especially 1st and 2nd ones.

I have a tendency to loosen my boots whenever my legs start to bruise and that just makes it worse, strap those suckers down

If you go too far with the tighten it will also cause pain. You should not have to use 384597592659263 ft/lbs of force to close your buckles. Soon get boots that fit and get forward haha.

Eh, yeah... I've had to do it before and found the blisters to not be as bad as the discomfort caused by the boot being too big, but feet are weird.

I'm sorry but you shouldn't have either problem if you just get properly fitted. when you first get boots you should be super snug with thin ski socks and then as the foam packs out you can go up to heavier knit socks. If you're into 2 pairs territory, your boots don't fit you (anymore).

I know, I'm talking about previous boots I've had.... My current FT classic 2016's are perfect.

I get the same thing but its just from doing tail butters and ollieing off of everything, not from skiing backseat.

you need a boot with less volume in the calf, go to a fitter
