Replying to Is it worth the money to take a fantastic ski vacation

So, I'm running fairly low on funds (about 1600 CAD). Theres no snow where I ski. Ive got a chance take a trip to lake louise/COP at the break but ill have to throw away 350 bucks and then on top of that ive got buy new ski boots and bindings next year... Im planning on working it all back in the summer. Can any louise homies help me cut the price a bit?? Should I do it? Is it worth it to do what you love?
