Anyone have any experience on these? I'm gonna demo a pair. Which skis better? How do they work in pow, trees, bumps and park?

The Regulator is 94 underfoot, the Peacemaker is 104 underfoot. That's the only difference. Regulator is better on harder snow, Peacemaker is better on softer snow. Both are very good skis.

I ski regulators as my park ski, they're pretty sick, they're light and stiff and they actually rip all mountain decently mounted aaat -2.
I haven't ski'd peacemakers because I have gunsmokes as pow skis, but based on skiing those and the regulator I'd say if you want to ski more than maybe 5 inches of pow, get the peacemakers, they have a lot more rocker and are wider, as well as being softer, so they're more playful as well.
All times are Eastern (-5)
