Cody LaPlante, who is apparently 13, posted this instagram of a "triple" 1080. Looks more to me like a triple-wobble, but nonetheless, a pretty impressive feat for a 13 year-old.

NinetyFourNot popular opinion here... but I really hate the look of these rotations; dub 7, triple 10. It doesn't matter who does them, kid in the OP, Luca Schuler, Henrik. Nothing stylish about having your legs wide open looking like you're about to birth a child. This shit:
I get that it's probably necessary for these rotations but it looks whack.

JahLiamI was just thinking this the other day, the wide legs only looks good if there's actually a good double safety grab involved. It's dumb when people just grab their buckles and spread their legs out. I do think the rotations look sick though

Fred_BearIm on my phone but i only saw 2 corks. To me it looked like he just went cork 3 to cork 7. Maybe at best he got a little wobble in there like you said but idk

THEDIRTYBUBBLEI was also pretty stoked that it was steezy, and not just super hucked
c.cirilloABM with that dub 7 blunt from Oakley Aspen shoot tho. $$
Skier_75Kids got some talent. Let's see aspen spora do a triple
Marcuntus^ this thread just turned really gay...
ianrich511This happening makes me think of that kid the other day who started a thread on becoming professional who was 15 and just started in the park. These kids are throwing tricks I will never attempt. Maybe its just me, but I start to lose the attraction when children who haven't even hit puberty are throwing down the biggest tricks out.
nocturnalAlso double post I've had a ton of injuries and ripped a ton of ligaments over my years of freestyle skiing.
These little kids are good today for the sole purpose that now places Woodward at Copper exist. There's a much bigger base and coaches for freestyle skiing. When I was in high school you can go to the Ski Academy and that was pretty much it. And the biggest issue of all is now kids have airbags, and water ramps when I had to learn my dub, i did it over snow. I either landed it or i broke something trying a new trick.
But when you have a generation growing up with coaches who took the years and injurys for the learning curve. ( try to get advice on here for how to do a double cork in 2007) to figure it out and kids you can practice on airbags of course they're going to be throwing the biggest tricks.
