Skiing @ PC & Brighton

So NS I'm skiing with a friend at PC and Brighton in mid Feb during a 5 day weekend I have and I'm wondering where the best cliffs, natural stuff, trees, soft stuff, anything to mob and throw big 3s and backies. Is it worth it do some park while I'm there? All i do is park 24/7 due to a 175ft vert hill.

the best cliffs, in my opinion, are on the left side of the hill.

Divert your trip to LCC. Why are you wasting your time skiing park when there are awesome mountains to explore? You can ski park at home.

Lol what? I'm not skiing park, thus the whole question of the thread. I asked if it's worth it at all to take a few laps in the park before going to cliffs etc.

Unless you or your buddy have an epic pass, don't go to PC for that kind of skiing. Alta or Bird is gonna be a much better time for less money. Can't really speak on Brighton, but it looks like they have decent terrain in bounds. If you do end up going to PC for that kind of skiing, you'll probably spend your whole day on Jupiter and McConkeys. Jupiter is probably the better of the two, and don't be scared to hike Jupiter peak.

Honestly though, unless you want to ski park, there are better options around than both of those resorts.

I got an epic pass so its free, and I'm down there for a college visit/roaming the area so alta and bird is out of the question... I wish though

Yeah compared to MN though it'll still be super fun. Also scoot over to 99 ninety at canyons, usually some goods hiding in those parts. What schools you looking at? The U and westminny?

I understand if you have an epic pass, but Alta and Snowbird are both closer to all the colleges you'd be visiting than PC/Canyons...Money makes sense, but I wouldn't rule them out for distance

Im looking at the U of Utah. Im going with my whole family so going over to Alta would be really expensive for my family.

lapping jupiter all day is the best you're going to get skiing big mountain at pc. there's some good stuff back there if you look for it and for the most part it's a ski on lift

If it snows, go to alta/bird, if it doesn't check out a day at PC, one of the best parks and great cruisin skiing and since you have an epic pass it is completely worth going to for a day of park riding.

there's some super fun stuff to be found on the canyons side (since PC just combined with Canyons). 9990 is a super fun lift with an easy hike up to some fun skiing or you can find some goods just off the lift or through the gates. also some fun tree skiing off most of the lifts on the canyons side
