_ALPHASQUAD_And don't worry guys...... I have full tlts
bedinskiThere are two ways to do this. Either with staggered skis, or even skis. Some people feel more comfortable with one foot out in front of the other, but it's all personal preference. Either way, come into the knuckle with a good amount of speed and a good amount of confidence. Really use your arms on your first attempts, rock slightly back and then go forward with your body, head, and arms to set the rotation. As you become more comfortable with them the rock back or arms may not be needed as much. When you are in the air you will be fairly blind and mostly be seeing your knees, this being said DO NOT check over one shoulder. This will cause you to spin a 90 and land sideways. Judge when you should open up generally off how much airtime you know you will have. This should not be as much of an issue off a knuckle as off a jump because the little amount of air time.
Good luck! (Frontflip off a knuckle is probably the easiest invert I've done so be confident)
