Editing software

which software should i use for editing, I have a macbook to use to edit, also all the footage would be recorded via nikon d3300. Any advice would be helpful :)

Premiere or Final cut...After effects also if you want but not needed.

I used to use vegas but now loving Adobe Premiere. and for next time.... post in Media & Arts forums for people not to hate you
