I just saw it over the weekend and just wanted to say it's a pretty sweet movie. Great story, and just the way it was made was incredible, even though it might be a little long for some people.

Also if anyone has seen it, and by chance knows who that super hott brunette chick was that had the party at her house is (daddy's little princess that fucked Worm), i'd really like to know.

HAHAH I JUST GOT BACK AT 1 am that movie sucked ass.i called every point. every single shot was made but 3. every win was at the buzzer with 1 second left. and who the hell was that freckled asain kid on their team who never said anything but was always with the team?

I say wait till it comes out on dvd and rent it. Not worth seeing it inthe theater. Another pretty good sports movie is Friday Night Lights. It comes out on DVD tomorrow.

saw it today with the basketball team. pretty inspiring movie, but yeah, after the first game againist the real good team, they never missed a shot. there was an asian and white kid who were always there but never spoke or played

Well I just saw it a few hours ago and the only thing I got out of it was two things:
1. Abortions, the best way to go.

2. Even if the whole team excels like crazy at school and in basketball, only about half of you will actually have a future.

haha, yeah, the movie made them all look like they finally started doing well in school and that they were all going to get scholarships, then like only 6 of them went to college and only like 2 got scholarships and actually got a degree at college

I haven't seen it but it looks like all the sterotypical sports movie out there. the team sucks and the loose but then they get a new inspiring coach who no ones likes at first but then he ends up pushing them and they all magically get really good and win like every game and then at the end the face off with there biggest rivals and win by like one point at the buzzer.

^ from what ive seen in the trailer it looks like if the team is very good at first but the coach wont let them play unless their good at school so they get better at school and then are just as good on the court as they were before but are also good people out of the court and end up not involved in drugs and violence like everyone expected them too.

only thing missing from this movie to make it great are killer robots from space.

Haha, there is soo much more to the story than it shows in the previews. You have to see the movie because there's a lot of character changes and a lot of different story plots in there.
