I was trying to learn rodeo 540 at camp in Lake placid and accidentally learned Lincoln loops and the coach was like there's no point in doing Lincoln loops because nobody does them in competition. I was like fuck who cares about what people do in competition, I do what feels steezy.

....and THAT is why people don't like the rise of 'coaching' in freeskiing. What a fucking chad thing to say to someone who just learned something new.

Iron cross. 50-50 on a wide box. shifties on a straight air (I'm not saying they don't look dope, I'm just saying that they're not actual tricks). Plain 180s where you get less than 1 second of air aren't tricks, they're just a way of changing your stance and could be compared to turning or breaking.
