Replying to End Game
So Barnes & Noble the other day and I was reading Powder magazine. In the magazine there was an interesting article called End Game: the delicate balance of risk versus reward, relevancy, and staying alive in the digital age. Now many of the things said in this article are not new topics, the death of JP Auclair and Andreas Fransson to name but one, but I feel it better articulated the struggle of athletes to stay relevant within a changing industry. This article didn't blame individual sponsors for the deaths of these athletes but it underlined how they could adversely affect the choices of athletes.
Overall I felt the article was well reasoned so if you take the time to read it or have read it please express what your thought on it are.
