This is for all the ski bums that roam in BC this winter,
So, I wanted to do something special this year for spring as my years of schooling comes to an end. I was thinking what would be the best way to celebrate before gettin started in what some people call "the real life" or a "real job".
The idea started growing in me when some of my friends from home bought a old school bus and start ripping it apart to transform it into a mobile home for a roadtrip this summer across the country and down the coast.
A Roadtrip ! That's what I need, bummin around the coast shreddin the most I can possibly handle, or at least until the longest my bank account can handle. So by lettin go my loyal subbie, I can affort a decent campervan and start a journey and live the ski bum dream.
That means waking up everyday and having only one thing in mind : Skiing ! From Backcountry to park or even urban, all I wanna be doing this trip is having a good time and shred hard !
So the plan : A month road trip from the Okanagan to Banff, Ferni, Nelson, Van to finish in Whistler for spring slushy riding park. (View image Below)
I'll be posting more specific date as the trip get closer, but would anyone be interested ? If I pass by your local mountain or you wanna join to the trip let me know and I will be more the happy to blaze and hit the slopes. I have a full backcountry set up as well as some park rippers so pretty versatile. Or at least would let me use your shower ?
