Its in St. Helena. Its called Jacobs ladder

Don't even worry about snow. Use a skateboard to get on the rail and the landing doesn't matter because you'll never get there.

Just one of many overly large rails in Toronto. I wouldn't say it is the gnarliest rail, but out of the larger rails in the area this is probably the most feasible.
