Replying to Sponsorship Email Application

I'm in the process of sending a few sponsorship emails and I was wondering what would you include in that email or phone call? Does anyone have a previous sponsorship email they have sent or received that was well written and helped them get into contact with the right people? Template? Or what do you business owners want from your sponsored athletes? I want to include competition results, pics, videos, and marketing capabilities to show them why they would want to sponsor me.
