I did my first backflip last year.... Just find a mellow jump with a steep take off and dont be afraid to come at it with a little speed.

Thats not cool fuck this thread I wish I replied sooner b/c if she was riding 7th heaven chair and saw people nailing that gap hit it I mentioned that everyone who skis Whistler knows about and lots of people hit by the top would have been easy as fuck for her to nail.

Windlip off 7th wasn't good this week. We found a similar but smaller windlip off symphony near the flute summit bootpack

As designated iPhone videographer, she hucked it. She'll stomp it soon

major props for sending it.

Shoulder sucks but still better then blowing a knee in my book. I dislocated mine 2 years ago and kept re-injuring it over the next year. one tip i can give ya is once it heals up hit the weights a bit, really helped me keep it strong.

The commitment was solid, same with the rotation. You could take it to a park jump this spring if you wanted to. A lot of people bitch out and twist to the side(which is BAD) but you stayed nice and straight. Bummer that you got beat up by the ground and couldn't get a few more tries in but props for trying it.

Definitely a +1 of legitimacy IMO.

Hopefully this doesn't scare you away from trying it in the future.
