About to pull the trigger on Supernatural 92's

I've looked around and I'm pretty sold on this ski for what I'm looking for. An all mountain east coast charger, only thing is the cheapest I can find it for is upwards of $500 and I was hoping to get it for somewhere closer to 350 if possible. Does anyone know if they changed much in the ski from the previous year model? Other than the graphic (which I like a lot better this year). Open to thoughts on this ski and if anyone knows a better deal let me know!

Does anyone have any hookups through line for a pro deal or anything? Really want this years 92's without paying 500 bucks. Anyone know a way to get these for closer to 350!?

Who gives a shit about the graphic. The ski didn't change, just get last years. You won't be able to get 2016's for 350

Skis don't usually change, unlike other things like cars or bikes do. They only change graphics

Ski technology and manufacturing changes every year. Regardless of if the specs change the manufacturing evolves and changes. You're really not in any position to call me out, seeing as though I'm just trying to find the best price on the skis and you're the one that came in here and stated that the 'skis haven't changed at all other than the graphic'

Line doesn't really seem to change their skis from year to year, and if they do they announce it or make it known. Same can be said for most companies. Why don't you just compare reviews from this years model and last years to be sure.

Quite different construction, the SN has a lot more metal. So you will see a much damper ride

Meh, they are still pretty thin in the tip and tails, not to mention Armada seems to be in love with paper thin bases.

Honestly, I think the best 95 waisted ski out there right now is the Fischer Motive 95.

It's quite badass ski for the price you can find them.

I can confirm that the skis have not changed from last year to this year. Reason being is that line updates their website every time new products are released (obviously) and they will tag a ski as "redesigned" or "new". Example is this year SFBs on their website it states that the Bacons have been redesigned to make the new Mordecai more appealing. Upon investigation of the Supernatural 92s, nothing has been changed. Back to the response I've quoted when you stated that "Ski technology and manufacturing changes every year" you are wrong. The specs of the ski 99.9% of the time don't change unless the company makes another ski similar to it (Example: Bacon and Mordecai) or the person who has the pro model of a ski changes it (Example: Moment Bibby Pro).

2015 Supernatural 92 and the 2016 are the same exact ski except for graphic changes.

2017 Supernatural 92 will be more shaped, with a wider tip

I have the SN 92, it's a ski that can handle speed, does not chatter on ice (by chatter I mean when you edge the ski doesn't break loose and leave chop marks when edging hard on steep hard snow). It buck you around in bumps as it's got metal and is not as playful as the Lite version.

As for skis changing from year to year, they do and they don't, depends on a lot of factors. The 2017 SN 92 will be an improvement.

The Bacon stays the same for 2017, people must like it.

2014 to 2015 (Red skis to the black ones) we actually pulled the Shockwall (urethane ultra dampening sidewall) off of the 92 and replaced with a more rigid ABS sidewall for edgehold. that's it! thanks for considering!
