Op.You should try on the Salomon X-pro 100's. Most comfortable boots ever imo.
I have fairly wide feet and I keep the buckles pretty tight.
Ginger_GaperBoot fitter! He will know everything about feet. or PM that guy in Whistler that is the true boot Whisperer :) Hope that helps my fellow Wide footer ;) (I fit into FT Booters barley ( i know how you feel)
SteezySmith57go to a boot fitter obviously. but other than that, i would recommend full tilt booters. they fit me very well and i have really wide feet and a weird shaped foot too
.Roockley.Depends how wide your feet are. A lot of people who say they have wide feet don't actually have that wide of a foot. Atomic live fits may be good for you but see a boot fitter
frickindarnI literally posted about how I went to 2 boot fitters and got screwed over in this thread..
Profahoben_212You saw some pretty shitty fitters then. Boot work is almost always guaranteed, and you need to go visit another one. They can give you much better info than some random person on the Internet.
frickindarnUnderstandable. And I found boots that fit me on my own that are 26.5 at a 104 last.
All I'm trying to get out of this is what other boots are out there that aren't full tilts and are around the 104 last.
casual.weekdaymy FT Descendant 6's are great. 102 last. The whole descendant line is that wide, so is the new B&E, which is just the Descendant 6 with different graphics

.Roockley.Maybe you should see a different boot fitter. where is the pain you are getting? Down the outside of your foot?
Head adapt edge is anot her boot you can try, you can adjust the last width with an allan key on the sole of the boot
Connor_SullivanSalomon X-Pro 100s have a nifty feature that allows not only the liner, but the shell to be heated and expanded (presumably using the same method as you would for the liner)
frickindarnThanks homie! And the first one was at Colorado ski and golf and that dude was a total idiot. Then my second one was at a shop down in Denver I can't remember the name of the place but they were small.
eheathI got wide feet, i skied SPKs for a number of years, atomic LF 120s and now I have dalbello boss' and theyre fucking perfect.
Go to a boot fitter, get heat mold and footbeds, not sure why they didnt do that before, or did they?
tomPietrowskiSimply knowing the width and length of your foot, although a good start does not give enough info for any boot recomendations. Your instep hight, ankle and heel volume, lower leg and calf shape and toe shape all play a majour role. The only real way to know if a boot will fit is to shell check te boot with an experienced fitter. Also it's worth remembering your foot may change shape an size when your foot is surported by a footbed. A good fitter will take this into account when shell checking. Although you have had bad experiences in the past a good fitter is your only option. So instead of researchin boots instead research who the best fitters you can get to are.

frickindarnThey didn't. The first pair of boots I bought was my very first season and I didn't even know that was a thing you could do :( I'll look more into it! Thanks man!
Thanks man! Does anyone in this thread know of any boot fitters in the Denver area? Homie above said I could visit him in keystone but I don't have time on most of my days off to get it done up there sadly.
.Roockley.you still boot fitting in whis?
PachankzIf you want things done right by the best , take a ride to see Larry In Boulder he's a legend . Sorry for being harsh on you earlier. This gets frustrating when reading these threads on a daily basis . http://www.larrysbootfitting.com/
aredfieldI'd also recommend checking out Dalbellos but to really know you ought to hit up a legit bootfitter. I went to the dudes at evo Seattle and they got me completely dialed -- heat molded, punched, etc. Pretty sure they have stores in Portland and Denver too, https://www.evo.com/locations/evofit
