Tips for Breck and Keystone

Driving out tomorrow to ride Breck/Keystone for the 11th-14th.

I'm from the Midwest (Iowa) so I was wondering what runs I need to make sure I hit.

Obviously, I will be indulging in the luscious, groomed rail-yards and straight-airing the massive kickers while I'm out there, but I more looking for runs that boast smooth transitions and tree runs that bring a tear to my eye.

Let me know! Also if anyone wants to ride with a true midwestern stoner and hear my sob stories of the unfortunate weather we're having, that'd be tight too.

Something I never understood...if your from the midwest...why would you waste your time in the terrain park (unless you are a beast and can hit those massive jumps, rails, etc)....you have massive amazing mountains with great all mountain / big mountain in bounds terrain. Don't waste your time.

I spent a lot of time around peak 6 last year. It was soooo nice. Not sure of the name, but I think if you hike up after the main chair, there's Serenity Bowl, it's reallyyy sick. Especially if you have some fresh pow!

If you're looking for an adventure, check out the Bergman and Erikson Bowls in Keystone. Both drop in gates are about a 30 minute hike from behind the Outpost Lodge on North Peak (when you unload Santiago Lift) go straight, then when the flat part rolls over after about 200 feet, hold it to the right at that fork and then go to the right of the lodge building around it. The hike is groomed.

On the front side, Jackwhacker is a super legit groomer to rip, as is Frenchman when its softened up. And of course, Keystone's A51 park is legendary.

I'm not sure if you read my post correctly. I want to hit the larger parks as I do have the ability to hit most features, but if you look again I specifically said I'm looking for all terrain runs. I understand what you're saying tho
