The old Valentines day was sooo much sweeter than the one we have now. Every February in ancient rome, teenage boys and girls gathered in the name of Lupercus, god of the flocks, to celebrate fertility and choose a 'mate' for the day. They were allowed to do ANYTHING they liked with each other. Who is with me? viva la revolution!
