steezkneezidk dude stuff like "early Europeans skied around mountains as a way to hunt game", the first skiing was cross country skiing, the first freestyle skiing was moguls and it began around 1960. then put 2005- tanner hall breaks ankles at chads lol
DeepskierIndians did it first then bishop in year 420
akt416I've got the moguls shit, but speaking of chads gap when was it found i could use that
i could defiantly put bishops birthday in there
akt416Im doing a project for school and I need to make a timeline for how skiing has evolved since it started. I got like 10 major events, (first x games, olympics, first triple cork, even as far back as the start of arial skiing). Its due tomorrow and I'm ripped and can't think of anything else, If anyone has any ideas it would be appreciated +k
addie.if you're looking for random filler you could add some stuff about firsts for women in skiing?
steezkneezGood one
HC__skierI haven't watched it yet, but checkout the Bumps documentary.
Also, checkout Schneider and the Arlberg Ski School. Then again, history can be precarious, people will try to claim it.
Guys like Tanner Hall.... you never know how much he stole or borrowed from other people. Same goes with Shaun White or even McConkey.... and anyone who has been there since the beginning.
I am not implying anything about those people, just saying history can be manipulated and there are always other points of views and muffled or suppressed voices.
