My buddy seshed my pvc rail and likes it, but is too lacking in knowledge to know how to build one. Does anyone have one for sale In the Montreal area?

Just build one. Its super simple to do... that one andy makes in the article is even complicated.

I used to have a super shitty backyard setup and I just screwed a piece of PVC to a 2x4 that was the same length (screw from the wood up into the PVC), put a few cross feet on it and bam you're done.

Buying one doesn't save you much time overall. Only takes a bit to make them.
