Adjusting Rossi pivots 5mm

Hey all.
So I currently have my Rossi pivots mounted to a bsl of 325. However I just got new boots for the first time in 8 years! (I know) and they have a bsl of 320.
Is it possible to adjust the 5mm smaller without remounting? I know how to adjust the forward pressure will it be done this way or someway I'm not sure off.
Thanks for the help!!

It depends on how the original mount settings are on the arms. If mounted correctly an in the middle or the arm adj range, you will be fine.

remounting bindings is a bitch. You cant have them center mounted anymore and it weakens the ski. do everything in your power to be able to not have to remount them.

also forward pressure on FKSs is/can be a bitch. If youve gotta ask, take em to a shop to be sure they get done properly.

If they were originally mounted in the middle of the adjustment range (the sweet spot) you'll be fine. I went from a 308 to a 301, but i personally wouldn't ever go anymore without a remount. I'm almost out of room on the arm.
So so if you know how to set fks and have done it before, go for it, otherwise go to a shop :)

Fks adjust 20mm so depending where your arms are your fine so just use the forward pressure and turn it up to where you like it its not hard I dont know why people pay shops to do it.
All times are Eastern (-5)
