Replying to What to do
I am a long distance runner so I have my fair share of injuries. I have recently started my training back up and I've only ran like 4 miles at a time on a treadmill. My MCL has been very painful when running and especially after I run. I struggled to walk down a flight of stairs a half hour after. I think its only at a grade 1 sprain/tear currently, but should I get medical attention (not a money problem) and possibly be out for up to 6 weeks or should I risk tearing my MCL completely and ski on it with pain?
