Recommended Boot For Park/All mountain?

Yeah I know "search bar it," well you know what? I don't wanna. lol

SOOOOOO Anyone have opinions on what boots they like for semi pro park and all mountain skiing? I like to hit just about anything I see on the mountain or in the park. Should I just get two different pairs? Just looking for reviews/opinions thanks community!

Absolutely positively the only way to buy ski boots is through a boot fitter

Haha no shit sherlock as in Semi-Pro the movie. I have basic park skills and am working on getting better.

Montana is pretty devoid of legit boot fitters, but I definitely would go to one, just curious as to what people are riddin.

Montana has some serious legit ski areas , Big sky, Etc of course there are legit boot fitters there . This took me literally less than two clicks to find

Kevin at PHD Skis (owner), on W. Main in Bozeman. Stu (manager) is pretty good as well. They sell Atomic, Lange, Technica, Head, and Full Tilt.

Yeah Stu is alright, I go to school in Bozo, but he is hit and miss according to those who live here. There is a dude out of Billings who is pretty legit, he's in Billings though is the problem.

Didn't realize you lived in Montana....The group in Big Sky is a joke, their for the rich once a year skiers that it doesn't matter if their shit fits great or not.

I don't just did a quick search , there's absolutely positively no way there's not legit boot fitters in bozeman , big sky area. Would make no sense whatsoever. I'm not familiar with that shop but they have certified boot fitters on staff and that's what you need . But sounds like you're going to gaper it up and skip the boot fitters anyway. I'm out best of luck.

my Descendant 6's are great, I ski everywhere, but I only screw around in the park for a run every two weeks or so.

i use the salomon spk 100 for everything and they work great, getting two different pairs would be a waste of money in my opinion

When it comes to boot fitters here I'll take the recommendations for the people who live and ski here on a daily basis.

I made that mistake once. Daleboots are EXTREMELY soft and the buckling system is ass backwards. Cheap components, thin chincy liners , I returned them . Worst boots ever tried in my life.

Gotta be the most clueless repeated statement on this site unless it's a joke and I'm being trolled .
Full tilts fit only a certain foot shape , a narrow ass skinny foot unless you get the new wider version which a lot of people are complaining about breaking.

Just because wallisch, Phil, and henrik wear a full tilt doesn't mean it's going to work for you. See a boot fitter. Study the market , get to understand your foot shape , and what brands work for you and what ones don't . I personally went through a few years of studying boots and got an overall sense and feeling for things . I ended up in a tecnica Cochise 130 pro low volume and couldn't be happier with the results.

I second this, Kevin helped me last year so much with refitting my full tilts and did an excellent job with a custom toebox and a dremel job so that I could keep skiing and my toe wouldnt fall off from pain,

Also if you want a good boot for park/all mt. getting full tilts and swapping between a stiff all mt. tongue and a soft park tongue is pretty good
