I have some size 27.5 Full Tilt First Chair ski boots for $150. I bought them near the beginning of last season, put them through normal use but took care of them very well. They have never been heat molded. They are in great condition, there are only some slight cosmetic scratches and a small chip in one of the heel pieces which won't affect the boot's performance at all. I recommend these boots to any aggressive all mountain/terrain park skier.
