There is a shit ton of societal and peer pressure surrounding sex, which I think can ruin it.
there are people who are at that point in their life where they're ready for it at 16, some people might not get to that point until they're freaking 40, no way is right, more "manly" mature, etc.. its just one aspect of life that you shouldnt give in to if it doesnt feel right.
Society almost forces people to make sex/hooking up a big part of their life when it doesnt need to be.

I have friends who started banging girls at a fairly early age, which isnt necessarily bad, but they let it become a habit and now hooking up with random sluts is their main priority in life. which i think is fucking pathetic, and its had a terrible effect on their life. Its like a drug habit almost, in a lot of ways its ruining them. thats not cool, they're not "real men" id call a 30 year old virgin that stuck to his values more of a man.

I'm not saying be a christian about it, but I do think that its important to look at girls as a person first and not a sex object. If you spend time with, and actually love the person, sex will be a positive. if you're just looking to bang whoever then it will be a negative.

its the same thing with so many other aspects of life, if you're getting into it for the right, positive reasons, you'll get a positive outcome. if you're just concerned about what other people think, and do it when it feels wrong, you'll have a positive outcome. Self control is an extremely important trait that so many people today are lacking.

1. Yes, why do you think I'm still awake I've had about 600 tickets to go through for 2 games yesterday/today on top of other stuff and obviously purchasing more tickets. People need tickets to buy on stubhub I did great things earlier for this game stubhub ran out of tickets and it was sold out but I kept having more and more to put up after they sold didn't even sell 1 in person despite being in a hotel next to the arena because stubhub needed them. HUNDREDS of people were able to go to the game last minute because of me.


2. No I only use internet dating to get out of my hotel room and have someone to eat with when traveling.


Anyways this thread isn't about you its about the OP who delivered once he posts up a pic. OP probably didn't need to take my advice or listen to me but I provided him some real adult perspective where you look back and always wish you banged girls you could have and don't regret the average ones you did and are happy you hit it before they got gross. (Even though high school is high school back in HS I regretted hooking up with certain girls not really because I got made fun of for it but because I thought after I had hooked up with them I had hurt my stock with hotter girls ie stupid loser thinking.)

This post alone should be justification to unban Felice Im not going to go there but I think he might be able to help this poster.

Im not going to address anything sexual just help you understand why people might have drastically different views on this.


All Im going to say is that you cant really act yourself with women you really really like or someone you are in a serious relationship with because those are like life long job interviews where you are always being judged and evaluated even if they are not knowingly doing this it just comes with the pressure of really wanting to be with someone or being in a relationship. When you are with a girl who you are just going to hook up with and both parties know it you can connect in a much less stressful way and bullshit with each other and enjoy each others personalities and company and maybe booty. But if you are head over heels for a girl you can't do that nor can you if you are feeling the pressures of a serious relationship.



Sex might be too much but take a cab home with a random girl from a bar and make out and chat and have fun you don't have to bang it will enlighten you to a whole new world.


And true story everyone I know who got married in their 20s is getting divorced now and splitting up. Most of them are cute couples too.

Just for some perspective I haven't sent any texts to girls in the last couple days obviously because Im busy but the real reason is I need to stay positive and if I texted 5 girls 'Happy New Year' and only 4 replied I would still be upset about the one who didn't even if I like the other 4 more. As I alluded to in the previous post Im very busy and under a lot of pressure and need to stay positive and non returned texts depress me like they do everyone. But when I went down from my room last night at midnight for a beer and a scotch before bed (Macallan 18 yummm only thing I've drank since Tues) I would have loved for there to be someone to hit on and maybe bring to my room. It was just a couple dudes so there was noone. But I wasn't going to text someone I knew who lived in that city because getting denied would have depressed me if they said no and distracted me too much if they said yes.
