FKS plastic heel piece fell off

Pretty bummed right now. Just went to a ski shop to ask them about this FKS black plastic heel piece that randomly fell off and makes it so my boot moves around and my forward pressure is off. It's a simple part, but apparently I have to send my bindings into rossignol for it to be replaced. Anyone else ever have this issue? not stoked right now, just mounted up my faction candies and I'm unscrewing the bindings off as we speak

Now you have FKS superleggera's.

All the true pro's remove that piece for weight loss and extra elasticity.

except now my boot moves all over the place regardless of cranking the din to 18. not what the 'true pro's" do.

There was a thread on this in GT about a month ago. You could maaaaybe glue them back on but it's pretty risky and I personally wouldn't recommend it. Sending them back to Rossi is also a possibility although I don't think it's the quickest. This is likely your fastest fix though:

Just a potential for you. You could also buy the replacement brakes and then see if you can send the other ones to Rossi and have two sets in the future.

I have a pair of geze toe fks where that piece fell off about a month ago, I just epoxied it back on and haven't had any problems, pretty sure its still there

good point. I'd just rather not have to pay more in the meantime. Kind of a shitty design after looking at it though. I love everything else about the binding but rossi needs to find a way for the user to replace this part. So minor to have to send it in to fix
