What kind of boots do you guys wear in the winter? I currently have a beaten up pair of uggs but reallyyyy need some new boots. Idk, I'll probably get shit for this but I actually like Uggs. Should I get a new pair or something else?
I second this, fucking love mine. And you don't have to get the basic bitch tan ones, I have some like brushed grey/blue ones that look sick with pretty much everything whether it be aprés ski or chillin with the boyf/fam/friends. Not to mention they have the best traction I've ever experienced on snow/ice.
Oh, and you can get some with fuzz on the inside if you're into that.
uggs are slippers but no traction and waterproofing you have to redo yourself if I remember. I wear sorels to and from work and stuff. Rad in the snow and warm
MOON BOOTS. Seriously they make really cute winter boots that are really good for trudging through snow. My roommate has a pair and they are super cool
Sorels for sure. Survived several winters going two and from work on the mountain and apres and around town. You can find some that are cute and practical.

I'm obsessed with Sorel. They have the classic tall boots with the rubber foot that are super warm and dry for the heavy snow days. And also a bunch of options for those in-between days when you don't want the full heavy boot but you can't quite get away with a pair of slip-ons. Super comfy, dry, killer traction.!
I have a pair of bean boots for snowy days and around the mountain, a pair of suede combat boots from express for going out/clear days, and a pair of these for basically everything:
I've had them for a few years now with 1 coat of weatherproof stuff and they are awesome.. super comfy and warm, and they go with everything. They are White Mountain brand.
