Broke my ass on the 360

Ok so I have arial issues when throwin the 3. I need any tips and advice and curious if anyone else struggled with what I do. I can get around but either land of axis or on my tails. You actually got all the way around but you have to spot the landing or you'll go way backseat like you did. Throwing a 3 isn't just hucking around, you have to turn your head and your body will follow.

Welcome to ns man. The only thing I can really see wrong is that you're not prepping before the jump. I get my legs really wide and crank my arms around my body then release (like a spring) and spin. Then bend your knees and brace for impact. That was a pretty steely three tho

Too slow down I usually just breathe and calm down on the run up and then just do it at the jump

Try not to raise your arms above your head, keep them at/below shoulder level. At around 270, they go above your head which makes you lean back a bit so spotting is tricky

Also, its hard to see if you're doing this but when you pop, ensure your shins are pressed into the tongue of your boots. This helps prevent backwards lean

"Eyes up, eyes up, that is not my wallet miss"... Looking down=landing back seat. Keep your eyes up until the landing. At around 270 its okay to look to see where you are. Keep your chest up too.

It helps me to stay as level as possible, lean forward a bit and and keep your arms from flailing, maybe get poles and I make sure to spot the landing as soon as i can when Im in the air. Good luck man and keep progressing!

Keep your legs a bit wider when your are in the air and Don't wind up just Ben your knees and pop then turn you head and your body will follow that way you can control the speed of the rotation better. Alison check out jake muller's trick videos there are a1.

do not wind up like a spring your body should be spun to 90 degrees just before you take off then make sure you pop into the three and then keep your hands in front and suck your legs up it will come around. you can also try all of this but with a t set.

i had the same problem for 2 years. make sure you keep your arms level. dont let them get above your head. make sure you really pop up and forward. otherwise you will land back seat. make sure to spot your landing too. also, a big windup is not necessary for a 3 on a jump that size.

Had the same problem but you gotta pop, spot, and keep the forward pressure up always have your shins on your boots.

Remember to push forward into the jump on take off. You are letting yourself sit back on take off because of the lack of pop. As you approach the lip, decompress the knees and ram your shin into the tongue of the boot on the lip. It will set you upstraight and your landing will be too. Their arent that bad, just have to go bigger
