Seems like all the news channels bich and complain about cold weather by me in southern Wisconsin. We had 3 days of cold weather finally and the mother fuckin anchors are saying its finally going to warm up and how happy they are well fuck you.
Too many pussies and old people out there for news anchors to campaign for snow/cold. Most people don't think skiing they think shoveling snow. Higher heat bill etc.
I don't mind the intensity of Boston winters and love the huge winters especially if Blue HIlls is 100% open and you can ski in the trees and stuff but honestly the winter is too long and the summer too short.
And unlike most of the dummies in the ski community I go skiing even more in the spring when its warm. No clue why so many weirdos lose interest in the sport come March. But hills are often deserted when conditions are at their best and can't/won't open at a financial loss particularly mid week. Really really pisses me off fuck every piece of shit who likes skiing but doesn't do it in April and makes the hills close earlier than they have to.
Well most people hate it when it's cold, hate snow, and hate anything winter related because they don't do outdoor activities and therefore get no benefit from it, so news stations have to agree with the masses in order to get the most viewers
If I didnt ski I'd hate winter, it's a real pain in the ass compared to the rest of the year (shoveling, being cold, shitty driving conditions, etc) but I've never thought about it like that because it's all worth it for skiing.
