level 2 is easy, scroll over the doorknob, and when the thing pops up hit the enter key, then you can click the doorknob

lvl 19 is sweet and it pissed me off when i got it. Here are the spoilers if you want it:
the words are on the top and the bottom and they say

if you take the alphabet, and go one step back on all the letters, so V -> U or S ->R then you get UNFAIR RIDDLE and that is the username and password

oh right, this one took me awhile but if you look at all the clues its a song. The clues are the title on the blue bar at the top, if you look really really really closely at the black on the bottom of the picture it says 'on the 8th of november' and if you click the power button on the remote control it says 'beautiful life' on the password box thingy. All of these clues are lyrics to a song by the big bad voodoo daddy, the cd on the shelf, called some things. Put some for the username and things for the password
