Kind of hard to watch that video. The kid is making a sound argument and the people in the same room aren't even paying attention and creating a distraction. It's these people's jobs and their acting like they would much rather be anywhere else. Fuck I hate people who hate their job, but their job is important. If you don't like it quit and give it to someone who will actually do what needs to be done and enjoy it.
