CampeadorIt's time everyone told the truth about Islam, without fear of being called a "bigot" or "racist". The militant leftists have all but made these words meaningless anyway.
CampeadorSo, in that case, which other side of the story were you looking to present? Since that article is so impartial.
Your "progressive approach" is to thank for covering up the epidemic of rapes, crimes, and sexual assaults across Europe of European women by Sharia Muslims.
So please, present your appropriately censored version of events. Your political correctness is a mental disease.
CampeadorRegardless, anyone with half a brain knows that those phony "fact-checkers" are bullshit, and that the authors for those sites are all left-wing activists (like that asshole Kessler over at the Washington Post).
CampeadorSounding a bit like Donald Trump there, chief.

zakattack66Lol I guess so. But I can't stand people who come to our country only to insult the people and the nation. Appreciate it for what it is, and help make it even better. Recognize the problem, discuss, and help make it even better.
mishracerI wasn't looking to present any other side of the story I was merely stating that RT isn't an impartial news outlet and as a result of you reading articles like that it sounds like you have swallowed Fox news hook, line and sinker.
I think you endanger tarring all muslims with the same brush when the one bad ones are very much in the minority. I would agree with you that sharia law has no place within the western world as some of its practices and regressive and primitive.
onenerdykidWhile I disagree with you on many points, here you are undoubtedly correct. As Maajid Nawaz very eloquently put it: "No idea is above scrutiny, no people are beneath dignity."
We have to be able to separate the doctrine of Islam from the people who practice it. These are two very different things. We can criticize the insanities within the Qur'an and Hadith without coming down on all of the people who practice the religion (while we should come down on those who seek to impose it on others, either violently or politically).

An honest discussion of the doctrine of Islam is not bigotry, and it certainly is not racism. Islam is not a race, it's a set of ideas about how we ought to live our lives. And like any other set of ideas, it can be called out for what it is- a doctrine with violence & death at its very core. That is not a statement of bigotry, it is a statement of fact.
CampeadorCorrection, all of it's practices are regressive and primitive.
For most Muslims, there is no separation between Islam and Sharia. I challenge you to prove otherwise. Show me anything that states that Muslims widely reject Sharia. Sharia is the root cause of Islamic terrorism. Sharia, in its "purest" form, is the law system of ISIS.
And where does this Fox News thing keep coming up? It's a desperate reply from someone without an argument. I'm also curious about the connection between RT and Fox News. If you disagree with the RT report of events, what parts specifically? If you would be so kind as to provide news outlets with the "approved" version of events, if not I suggest backing down from this absurd argument you've made.
As if the rape and sexual assaults of women across Germany by Muslim foreigners were a question of a news outlets "partiality". There are many sites that are covering these events now, even the left-wing ones that originally wanted to cover it up.
mishracerSharia in its purest form is a legal system derived from the Quran and Hadith. ISIS use a severe interpretation of sharia law.

Turd.FergusonIf all Muslims widely accepted Sharia, Pew Research Center wouldnt have created a report like this.
http://www.pewforum.org/2013/04/30/the-worlds-muslims-religion-politics-society-beliefs-about-sharia/
for the most part, Muslims who practice Sharia and support its use are in the middle east. I found the staunchest supporters to be in Southern Asia, Sub-Saharan Africa, Northern Africa, and The Middle East. These are extremely underdeveloped nations with weak national governments and citizens that are easily manipulated. These stats also show that Muslims in regions like Central Asia, and Southeastern Europe don't wholeheartedly support Sharia Law. Mind you this does not show the US, that is-- for the most part-- home to a fairly moderate Muslim population.

CampeadorThey talk about "rape culture", yet are too stupid to realize that the tenets of Islam promote it.
onenerdykidThis is what really baffles me... Western liberals tend to have their moral scruples so finely calibrated as to get upset when people use the male pronoun too often yet they are ok with defending a faith that clearly and purposefully subjugates women as second class citizens.
This is why they are being labeled as "regressive leftists" because they are taking the side of the regressive theocrats who are adamantly opposed to liberal ideas of free speech, freedom of religion, gender equality, equal rights for homosexuals etc. Pure insanity.
