So heres a question for ya folks. How do you know when its time for new bindings? its easy to tell when boots are packed out. its easy to tell when skis are too blown out. upon signs of pre-releasing a normal reaction is to crank up the DIN but whats your deciding factor on giving up and getting new binders?
Aside from obvious wear on the the parts that come in contact with the boot, the springs are what will wear out. If you need to know for sure, go get a torque test at your local shop.
well unless parts actually break off, or the spring is damaged (which would make them quite unpractical), bindings are all good. My plastic markers are going easy on their 3rd season, little stiff, but still usable.
