How are they going to have any success with all the new competition and serious advancements in tech? Of course there will be some brand-loyal reppers but for the most part, I feel people have moved on. Not to sound harsh but there was a reason they died...

First Bloods were some of the best skis I've ridden. I already have 2 pairs of skis but if they go back in business I will for sure buy another pair.

I have 4 pairs of 9s, and I have yet to snap one.

They have awesome skis, too bad about the company honestly.

They made awesome skis. Topsheets would chip, skis were bomber.

but yeh I snapped a pair of ninths in like 3 days at hood 2 or summers ago, honestly, I paid 100$ for them so it wasn't really a big deal, but the skis were HHPs which were around 600$ when they were new. I would've been pissed had I bought them full price
I also have no Idea how I broke them, I just got back from skiing one day and I noticed they were beat the fuck up.



so yeh 2/10 experience would not buy again.

I had to look for new skis a couple weeks ago & spent a fair amount of time hunting for a pair of the 176 Compte Pros.



I was unsuccessful and wound up buying Amplid Syntaxes. Still, I think that puts me in the 'would buy' category.

Funny enough, back in like 06' when I was a park rat fuck I rode this brand of skis. I rode them because they were pretty bomber and cheap and lightweight. I had a few pair. Really liked them.

I'd buy them again

They were kinda scumbags when it came to business and their place in skiing has been filled by brands more worthy of support. I'd be surprised if the nostalgia can sustain a real comeback.

why not buy the company and makes skis under another name?

ya ninthward was cool for a very small period of time, but they really screwed over a lot of riders and customers. To my knowledge it was a company fed off of loans and a lack of maturity.

so my question is why? i feel you would be in the same position simply starting you're own brand and building from the ground up
