Is Eira still in the game?

I love their pants. I got their pants last season and they were so amazing a few of my friends got some and everyone is digging them. the fit is exactly what I like but their website is down and their fb page hasnt been active for a while. It seems pretty obvious that they are out of business but im surprised they went so quietly becuase they seriously had some quality stuff.
